RETURNED IT - ON PRINCIPAL BECAUSE I BOUGHT IT FOR SUCH A LOW SALE PRICE ($3-4) AND WOULD HAVE TOSSED IT, BUT FOR THE PURE JUNK THIS USELESS THING BEARING A "GE" NAME AND THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT APPEARS TO SUGGEST THERE WAS A WAY TO ACTUALLY PROGRAM THIS THING AND IT WOULD WORK.
