(More customer reviews)I purchased this phone after calling verizon to make sure I can activate the phone. I was told, it should have instructions in the box. The box came empty but for a phone user manual. Brought it over to the verizon store and after 2 hours and although friendly service, nothing happened. I was told they could not activate this without it's cell number. I then called Amazon and was told they did not have this information and did not know what to tell me. I called the third-party seller , gamzi digital and to date, I have yet to receive a return call. So sending this back for a full refund, and checked online one last time. I went to the verizon website and filled in the phone's ESN and then I get "congratulations, you can activate your phone online"! I followed the steps and hit a snag, "cannot activate the phone" message came up and I had to dial an 800 number. Talked to the rep and was told that the migo has to be on a specific plan, which verizon does not offer anymore, so no can do! If there is anyone out there who knows how to activate this phone, please let me know. Planning to return this next week sometime.
