(More customer reviews)I had to get this because some dumb swine saw my light on the radar detector and chased me three miles down the interstate to see what the light was. Fortunately I was not speeding (obviously I have a radar detector) so all he could do is look for it on my dash when he pulled up next to me, but I had already taken it down so he could not see it. It did make me laugh though, he got so butthurt about it that he had his buddy cop ride my bumper for ten miles a few minutes later in the hopes that I had put the radar detector back up when he drove off. Also, people read this and ask do people really ride your bumper when they see you have a radar detector? YES!! It is beyond annoying. They can get their own radar detector or go the speed limit instead of trying to mooch off of someone else. So, long story short, if you have a V1 and drive a car (because trucks are higher up and normally people cant see the V1) then get this, unless you like dealing with mooches and annoying cops. The product came on time, and installs in five minutes or less. It comes with a groove in the back so you can put it on the power plug. If you have it hard wired into your dash it comes with little stickys so you can stick it to anywhere in your car, just as long as the wire can reach the radar detector. The only complaint I have is that it does not make the sound, the radar detector still makes the noise, so it takes some getting used to to not look at the radar detector anymore to see where the signal is coming from.
